Renovation Series: Pre-Renovation

In this episode of the More For LES Renovation Series, we take a first look inside the Lower East Side apartment before the renovation begins.

We start with the floor plan of this three-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op, walking through the existing layout, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living space, closets, and windows before touring the apartment itself in its original condition.

This is our starting point. From here, we’ll follow the renovation from design and approvals through demolition, construction, and ultimately the transformation of the apartment.
