• This is our only (current) option at this price point so…we’re buying it! In seriousness, though, a $3.5M+ budget can get you almost anything on the LES: Space, proximity, access to good schools, parking, and fantastic restaurants. But, if you need 3 bedrooms and the top of your building, this may be where we draw the line.
