Today’s edition is mostly a glimpse into what happens when I get a questionable idea and a little too much time on my hands.

Are you familiar with the Hank Snow song “I’ve Been Everywhere” — the one (perhaps more famously) performed by Johnny Cash?
Well, that song didn’t need a reprise… or a parody… but I couldn’t help myself.

So I made my own version — tailored for all the buyers, sellers, and investors here in the beautiful state of New York…where I can sell… everywhere.
