100,000 sq ft of resort-style amenities?
One Manhattan Square

The first property I’m looking at is One Manhattan Square.
OMS is an 80-story luxury condo located at 252 South Street on Manhattan’s Lower East Side waterfront. Developed by Extell and designed by Adamson Associates with interiors by Meyer Davis, the glass-clad skyscraper features 800+ residences with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the East River, Midtown, and Brooklyn.
Residents enjoy over 100,000 square feet of resort-style amenities, including a spa, fitness center, pool, basketball and squash courts, bowling alley, and landscaped gardens by West 8.
Nearby transit hubs include the F train and the NYC Ferry .
Check out a few images of the building below, and here’s a link to check out the building itself. In upcoming scenes, I’ll address questions like:
Is OMS a good buy? If so, for whom?
Are there optimal units and floors? What is the premium?
What are the upsides? Downsides?
